DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Plans, evaluates and monitors activities pertaining to building renovation, maintenance and repairs. Undertakes special projects including the supervision of ad hoc teams which may be formed for such projects.
- Reviews existing systems/procedures pertinent to the Facilities and Building Maintenance and recommends changes as he sees fit with the end goal of serving the best interest of the company. 2. Constantly inspects cleanliness, sanitation, and proper housekeeping of the building premises which includes elevators, escalators and other building equipments,
- Attends/sets meetings with various departments to discuss pertinent issues/concerns and reports building defects to the Division manager and prepares job requests to correct the same.
- Prepares work schedules and checks the attendance and assignments of all contractor personal under his direct supervision. Evaluates the performance of contractors under his supervision.
- Performs other function may be assigned by the Administration Division Manager relating to division projects and activities.
- QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering
- Must be a licensed engineer by profession
With at least 5 years minimum experience in Facilities Management and Administration as Property Building Officer or Equivalent- Has technical knowledge in elevators, escalators and other building equipment
With wide range of exposure in operation, maintenance and management of building properties
