Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our finance team as a
Finance Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our finance department, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into databases, spreadsheets, and accounting software.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and payments. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Expense Management:
Maintain records of company expenses, reconcile credit card statements, and assist in expense reporting.Financial Reporting:
Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Documentation and Filing: Organize and maintain financial records, both electronic and physical, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Communication: Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters, responding to inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the finance department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.Compliance:
Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies, including tax filings, audit preparations, and internal controls. Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.- Must possess at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel), accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP), and basic knowledge of financial principles.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and precision in data entry and financial documentation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and external contacts.
Basic analytical skills to assist in financial analysis and reporting.
- Uphold high ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,- 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
