Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Record day-to-day financial transactions including purchases, expenses, sales, and payments.- Maintain proper and updated bookkeeping of daily records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and maintain statutory reports and other related documents as required.
- Ensure timely submission of Tax reports.
Prepare BIR Form 2307 for suppliers- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly financial statements and annual financial reports.
Compile financial data and prepare various management reports as required.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents and records.
Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor to support the overall objectives of the department.
Qualifications:- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, and Financial Management
Preferably residing in NCR or nearby areas and must be willing to work in Manila City
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
Competency in MS Office and accounting software- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset
Proven accounting experience is a plus
