Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Team Leader with a background in the solar industry to join our BPO company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our solar project operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and a proven track record in managing operational processes within the renewable energy sector.
Project Management: Lead and manage solar project operations from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for solar industry clients, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any operational issues or concerns.
Process Optimization:
Develop and implement efficient operational processes and workflows to enhance productivity and profitability.Team Leadership:
Directly manage a team of Team Leads & Design engineers and provide performance feedback.Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting on operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize operational disruptions and financial losses.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering- Proven experience in operations management within the solar industry, with a strong understanding of solar projects and AHJ requirements.
Previous experience in a BPO environment or managing operations is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Salesforce, ERP systems).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
