As member of the Global Infrastructure Delivery Team the (teamlead Workplace) Senior Citrix, M365 and Intune Administrator located in Manila takes over responsibility for installing, configuring, monitoring and maintaining SYNLAB's physical and virtual managed workplace environment based on Citrix and Windows workplace solutions. Further the role foresees responsibility for designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Intune solutions to support our organization's endpoint management needs.
Your Tasks
- systems administration and system maintenance of Citrix and RDS server farms on a 24/7 basis
- regularly scheduled preventive maintenance and remote server administration tasks
- and troubleshoot problems related to the OS, hardware, network, and related software
- baseline, and trend for key server resources such as CPU, Memory, and Storage
- of Citrix and RDS server farms including service packs and hotfix installation
- server builds, software upgrades, patch installations, firmware upgrades and health checks on a periodic basis
- server deployments including client related software
- automation scripts for daily updates and periodic tasks
- CMDB / asset management and license management reporting
- and architect tailored Microsoft Intune solutions for organization's endpoint management needs
- and deploy Intune solutions, configuring policies, profiles, applications, and security settings across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
- and troubleshoot Intune deployments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability by promptly addressing any issues
- Intune configurations, policies, and procedures, and generate regular reports on usage, compliance, and security posture
- security controls in Intune to safeguard endpoints, including encryption, antivirus, firewall, and device compliance
- Intune with Microsoft 365 services like Azure Active Directory, Endpoint Manager, and Security Center, automating tasks using PowerShell or other scripting languages to streamline operations

- system compliance with SYNLAB's security and privacy policies and other regulations such as NIST 800-171, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.

Your Profile
- years of client workplace administration experience Citrix and Windows Clients
- experience in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Intune solutions in enterprise environments (minimum 5 years)
- years experience in software packaging - Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Ivanti DSM
- of Windows 10, Server 2016/2019
- understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies, including Azure Active Directory, Endpoint Manager, and Security Center
- in OS and application software deployment automation, M365 software rollout
- in Citrix / Microsoft RDS infrastructure including XenApp, XenDesktop, Storefront
- Knowledge of VMware based infrastructure
