Job Description

Functions:
  • Design and execute test plans on software applications and computer systems
Record and document results and compare to expected results
  • Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected
Document issues and maintain them in an issues log
  • Work with infra team to setup and operate test environments
Work with development team to properly plan for code (and code fixes) migration against the progress of test activities
  • Analyzes project requirements
Performs a product risk assessment based on requirements
  • Identifies and analyzes risks
Establishes test strategy and complex test approach
  • Plans for staffing, capacity planning
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Must have minimum of 5 years of experience in test planning and test design.
Must have supervisory/managerial role experience.
  • Exposed to different software testing methodology.
Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills as a must.
