Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading testing efforts, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and leveraging your expertise in SQL, API testing, payment systems, Agile methodologies, and digital and mobile app testing.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage testing efforts across various projects, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and testing strategies.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform API testing to ensure robust and secure integrations.
- Utilize strong SQL skills for data validation and testing.
- Test payment systems to ensure accurate and secure transaction processing.
- Conduct testing on digital and mobile applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation and manipulation.
- Extensive experience in API testing.
- Solid understanding of payment systems and experience in testing payment transactions.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and working in Agile environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Experience in testing digital and mobile applications.
- Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst.
