Qualifications
  • Must Have:
Graduate of any college degree in Psychology, Human Recourse Management or any related degree
  • Must have at least 1-2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
Must have experience in experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Must be knowledgeable with various technical roles and proficiency in assessing technical skills.
Understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, and other technical domains.
  • Proven experience with recruitment tools and best practices.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Good to Have:
Any relevant certifications in HR, recruitment, or related fields that demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.

  • Job Description
Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates to tap into for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct initial assessments of candidates to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct thorough technical interviews to assess candidates skills, knowledge, and suitability for specific roles.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process, from job requisition creation to candidate onboarding.
Manage the interview process, including coordinating schedules and collecting feedback from interviewers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Generate and analyze recruitment reports to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,
  • 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
