_- Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource / Psychology
Must be amenable to work in Hybrid set up_
Experience:_
- Must have skills organizational skills on scheduling, logistics and document management.
Nice to have experience in use of applicant tracking system / case manage tool.- Shift Morning 9 am 6 pm and Mid Shift 1 pm 10 pm
_Knowledge and Skills:
_- Strong English communication both oral and written with appropriate language construction.
Working knowledge on computer applications, preferably on Microsoft applications.
- Strong presentable skills being the face of Goodyear to candidates.
Strong customer service orientation- Ability to handle complex tasks and logistical challenges
Keen attention to detail
- Strong prioritization skills
Nice to have: Process improvement skills
