Focal person for factory in handling customer issues and queries, initiate and follow proactive corrective actions from other parties for fixing external quality issues.
Respond to CAR (Corrective Action Report), 8D or other format specified by Customer.
Interact with PSG in resolving quality issues at Customer.
Work with support to analyze RMA (Return Failure).
Raise stop build/ship notice for issues arising from customer feedback or complaint.
Participate in product/process specific visit from customers.
Coordinate internal parties to put up formal action plans for issues raised by customer & follow up the actions for the issues until closure.
Perform CAV (Corrective Action Verification) for customer issues accurately and on time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or any equivalent degree.
Minimum of 3 years exposure in Quality Engineering.
Good written and spoken English communication skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office, electronic components operation and application
Must have the ability to work in a cross-cultural team, assertive, good leadership, team player, and flexible
