Qualifications- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in supplier /EMS environment with strong knowledge of manufacturing process and production environment.- With experience in quality requirements audit, process verification, control system and analysis
With positive working attitude and integrity in dealing with suppliers
- Exposed to ISO9001 and familiar with other quality systems VDA
- 3 auditing/TS 16949
Familiar in Problem Solving tools such as Global 8D, SPC, FMEA MSA, APQP/PPAP, QC tools & PDCA concept- With Customer Focus and willing to deal with people
Preferably knowledgeable in Mandarin Language
Responsible in supplier coordination for quality assessment, qualification audit, report generation, follow through of actions, validation and closure
- Facilitates interaction between the company and Supplier or even with Customer
Shall take the lead in resolving quality issues related to materials and working within the company and Supplier in identifying the root cause.- Drives continuous improvement program, participation/ lead in company group/team activities such as data gathering, analysis, report generation, presentation, etc.
Monitor and review quality performance in order to ensure quality products
