QUALIFICATIONS:- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
With DPWH Materials Engineer II accreditation- Must have minimum eight (8) years of work experience
With four (4) relevant/related years of experience such as but not limited to quality control and material testing
- Must be familiar with all materials sampling and testing techniques and standards
