QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of network engineering experience- Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches, ASA, Fortinet Firewalls, Sangfor Firewalls, ETC is an advantage
Protocol/Method Awareness: OSPF, EIGRP,BGP, RIP, HSRP, NAT/PAT, SSL, SSH, HTTP, HTTPS, NTP, SNMP, ARP, DNS & DHCP
- Available to work in a shifting schedule
Strong communications and customer service skills, with ability to work in stressful situations and provide customer-facing support in a professional manner- Strong analytical skills, able to breakdown complex data to find opportunities, recognize problems, draw logical conclusions, and drive continuous improvements
Ability to produce, communicate and present technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Configure, implement, and maintain network equipments.
Responding to client IT support requests.- Meeting with clients to diagnose network, or hardware issues.
Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems
- Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client
Diagnosis of hardware malfunctions, and network problems- Master the mainstream brand of network equipment such as Cisco, sangfor and the mainstream network configuration and management work, can independently complete the implementation work.
