Job Description:- Assists in the maintenance of standards and documentation for solutions
Process the upgrade of systems, install patches and service packs that are under maintenance- Install deploy and manage solutions on a test environment
Managing the shadow implementation of systems
- Provide recommendations based on results of maintenance check
Support clients on technical cases that may arise after implementation- Systems presentation to discuss the overview of the solution, system requirements, deployment method, features and management console
Coordinates with principal supports to develop appropriate information about the systems and databases
- Identifies and pursues ways to improve the efficiency of applications of systems
Possesses good customer-service orientation- Coordinates the flow of information to management clients
- Graduate of a 4-year course in Information Technology, Computer Science or any IT-related course or equivalent
At least 1-2 years of work experience- Advanced knowledge in various computer applications
Proficient in both hardware & software technology
- knowledgeable in IT security systems is an advantage
