Network Response Engineer provides a Rapid Response to Triggered Alerts across OnPremise & Cloud Networks, Firewalls, DNS Servers & WAF.
Restoring Network Services to ensure minimal disruption to the business.
Hands-on Knowledge of 4 or more of the following areas : IP Networking & Routing, SDWAN Technologies, VPNs, PaloAlto Firewalls, WAFs, DNS.
Experience working with CSPs, including Azure & AWS, and Multi-Cloud Networking Tools.
Ability to conduct & inspect packet captures to analyse the network stack.
Understanding and interpreting data from NPMs & Synthetic Monitoring tools such as DataDog, ThousandEyes & AppDynamics.
Efficient Splunk User and ability to create on-demand queries and dashboards. Ability to Proactively identify issues & trends from repeat alerting and capacity-related alerts.
Troubleshooting complex network paths utilising monitoring tooling and functions to enable a faster response time.
Working with different respective Operational teams to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Directly work with the Automation Engineers to provide constructive feedback through continuous improvement.
