Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for talent.
Craft and update accurate job descriptions.
  • Screen resumes, conduct assessments and manage candidate interviews.
Administer basic IQ/EQ/ personality tests to assess candidate suitability.
  • Proactively source candidates through personal networks and online platforms.
Collaborate with management to align staffing with business goals.
  • Maintain organized records of all recruitment activities.
  • Qualifications:
Proven talent acquisition experience with a successful hiring track record.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Possesses a personal channel, network, or platform for sourcing candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong grasp of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Effective time management and record-keeping skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
