Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for talent.
Craft and update accurate job descriptions.- Screen resumes, conduct assessments and manage candidate interviews.
Administer basic IQ/EQ/ personality tests to assess candidate suitability.
- Proactively source candidates through personal networks and online platforms.
Collaborate with management to align staffing with business goals.- Maintain organized records of all recruitment activities.
Proven talent acquisition experience with a successful hiring track record.- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Possesses a personal channel, network, or platform for sourcing candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong grasp of recruitment best practices and employment laws.- Effective time management and record-keeping skills.
