Assists in recruiting the required personnel needed by the different departments.- Assists in conducting interviews based on criteria and specification required by the job.
Maintains a complete and updated record system of all employees in the organization including the 201 & 202 file.
- Maintain adequate file of different qualified candidates covering varied positions for requirements in the future.
Assists the Management in the movement of employees such as promotions, transfer, lay-off, resignations, terminations etc. as recommended by the department heads and approved by Management.- Responsible in recruiting, screening, placement, training and developing manpower resources in the whole organization, providing timely deployment of qualified staff as required by various department of the company.
