- Ensure the chiller plant room is operated with regard to the priorities in order: Safety, Reliability and Efficiency.
Track and log operational system status using applicable journals and control system tools.
Identify abnormal operating and equipment conditions; perform required routine and corrective maintenance activities.
Inspect, test, troubleshoot, configure, repair, calibrate, and install mechanical, pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic control components and instrumentation.
Locate causes of defective or intermittent electrical equipment and instrumentation, report findings to supervisor, and execute installation, repair or replacement and commissioning as required.
Coordinate and schedule with shift engineers as necessary to accomplish installation or maintenance objectives consistent with schedules, quality and cost management.
Perform other duties as required.
