Perform pre-checkup of all system equipment prior to start the operations in the chiller room.
Coordinate with the Duty Officer for the POM Plan for daily logs to ensure all equipment operates within defined parameters.
Assist contractors for equipment repairs and check-up
Conduct periodic inspections to see all equipment and controls are operating properly
. Report defects or any problem arise for improvement, alterations or repairs
Conduct preventive and routine maintenance on all chillers, pumps & cooling towers as directed and in accordance with maintenance procedure by selecting and using the correct tools and equipment for specific job
Perform other related tasks as assigned by Project Manager and Duty Officer
Monitor of chiller operation , cooling tower, and level of water
Maintain cleanliness of plant and office
