Prepares/revises detailed drawings and design shop drawings based on received schematic rough design using CAD software as required.- Must be detail-oriented and possess a talent for drawing.
Remaining professional when feedback is delivered, and implementing any changes to drafts as soon as possible.
- Ensuring drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles.
Communicating potential design issues to engineers and architects.- Assist Estimation and Costing engineers in the estimation and calculation of the bill of quantities (BoQ)
Knowledge of engineering and construction.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Superb work ethic and ability to accept feedback.- A completed apprenticeship would be advantageous.
Performs other related jobs/duties that the management may assign from time to time.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
Conducting research when needed.
