Bachelor's degree in a Financial or Accounting-related field.
Minimum of 1 year of bookkeeping experience
Fresh Graduates are welcome
Experience with QuickBooks accounting software is an advantage
Proficient in oral and written communication skills.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the preparation and payment of monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes to the BIR.
In charge of the application and renewal of regulatory documents (Business Permits and other certificates of registration).
Responsible for documenting, recording, reconciling, summarizing, and reporting the financial transactions of the Company. This includes posting journal entries, reviewing supporting documents, periodically reconciling accounts, preparing and consolidating schedules, meeting audit requirements, and systematically filing records.
Summarizes the current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
