  • ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

You are a results-driven Audit Clerk supporting the audit affairs of the company.

You will be working with a small multinational Legal and Compliance team that has an internal responsibility to manage reporting and compliance requirements.

Reporting to the Internal Audit Manager, you will be part of a multinational team with members across Singapore, Australia, and Philippine locations.

Using ISO 9001 as our quality framework ensuring we meet the needs of customers, in a manner that is consistent, measurable, accurate, and timely across all areas of the business.

You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the business including:
  • Gain a deep understanding and ensure compliance of the Quality Management System
Performs audit and review of the company's time-tracking system
  • Responsible for reporting to management the result of the audit and review of the company's time-tracking system
Performs a variety of complex administrative and audit support duties in a fast-paced team environment
  • Assist in all audit engagement and investigation
Record keeping
  • Support operations and personnel within the assigned departments;
Handling highly-sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information
  • Create ad-hoc reports and performs other tasks for various business needs as required.
Preparing and distributing correspondence, reports or other documents as required
  • This is a challenging and exciting role with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.

  • ABOUT YOU:
A graduate of any Finance or business-related course
  • At least 2 years of experience in audit and admin work
Knowledge and experience with internal control documentation a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills a must for this role as is the ability to manage your time effectively and efficiently.
Hands-on approach, ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external parties.
  • Well-versed in MS Office applications
Hands-on, analytical, meticulous, strong in processes and audit concept, problem solver.
  • Possess a positive attitude, interpersonal communication skills, independent, and a team player.
Demonstrates dependability and sense of urgency about getting results
  • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
Comfortable working with people at all organizational levels
  • Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline driven environment
Ability to prioritize a variety of time-sensitive tasks
  • Must have excellent judgment; independent thinker and resourceful

These are the minimum system requirements we are looking for a remote/hybrid working staff that we want to hire:
  • Must be Minimum windows 8, 10, 11 / Mac
  • X or higher.
Internet Speed must be above 20Mbps UP and Down.
  • Anti-Virus and Firewall must be enabled.
The system must have a minimum of 20 GB of disk space on the C drive.
  • System RAM must be a minimum of 8 GB.
Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster process
  • Must have a backup internet connection
