Job Description

Prepares Purchase Order ( P.O.) and place orders based on approved order/re-order forms and stock position report for review and approval of superior in a timely manner

Build up merchandise SKU in the system by encoding assigned SKU number, merchandise description, vendor code, product classification/category, item cost, and other relevant information necessary for proper identification of individual merchandise.

Supports the Buyer / Senior Buyer in various buying activities and effectively negotiates for the best deals from suppliers.

Coordinates orders and delivery of items to concerned suppliers.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business field/ NCII or Pastry Courses.

With at least two (2) years of work experience in Buying or Merchandising specifically for the following FRESH and FOOD category.

With good negotiation and excellent communication skills.

Amenable to work on-site at BGC Taguig and Pasay ( Nearby Moa)
