Responsible for providing timely, accurate and effective support to merchandising team.
- Provide administrative support to purchasing and inventory process of merchandise.
Prepare and process all purchase orders.
- Monitor all purchase orders and ensure delivery within timeframe.
Prepare and maintain various sales reports.- Monitor inventory and allocate appropriate model stock.
Prepare and update spreadsheet for buying team.
- Manage reconciliation of all invoices and purchase orders and ensure appropriate documentation.
- Admin support to help with the general running during buying period.
Receive and dispatch sample items and ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain effective communication with various departments.
Process and monitor travel authorization of Merchandising Executives. Sr. Managers and Department Managers.
- Maintain vendor information including codes, brand and contact details.
Process vendors accreditation, in coordination with concerned departments.
