Job Description:- Build up merchandise SKU in the system by encoding assigned SKU number, merchandise description, vendor code, product classification/category, item cost, and other relevant information necessary for proper identification of individual merchandise.
Supports the Senior Buyer / Division Head in various buying activities and effectively negotiates for the best deals from suppliers.- Coordinates orders and delivery of items to concerned suppliers.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related field. Graduate of culinary, HRM, with technical skills is an advantage.- Knowledgeable in costing pricing, breads, and cakes.
Manager 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Retail or Merchandising or equivalent.
- With at least 3 years of buying experience in a retail environment or substitute 5 years of merchandising experience specifically for any of the following: Food - Bakery Category.
With good negotiation and excellent communication skills.- With a sense of urgency and can handle pressure.
