Responsible in supervising the finances of the Area Office including budgeting, disbursement and reimbursement of cash, payments, advances, and other finance related transactions
Train Accounting Staff/ Associate and other newly hired employees who are involved in the Accounting processes and procedures
Participates in the formulation and implementation of Accounting Policies and Procedures
Recommends and formulates strategies for the enhancement and improvement of the Accounting Department
Evaluate cash status of the branch, recommends funding requirements of the branches and area
Facilitate tax mapping violations resolution and visit BIR/LGU for possible solution in coordination with HO Accounting Department-Compliance Section
Conducts monthly visit to branches under the area of responsibility, during monthly visit, evaluate and recommend sanctions on infractions discovered
Ensure that the daily reports of the branches have been submitted
Qualifications:
Graduate of Accountancy or its equivalent
With at least 1 year experience in Financial preparation
Good decision making and execute timely initiatives with less follow-up reminders and repetitive coaching from superior(s)
Basic ability to use computer software, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel
With good oral and written English communication
Knows how to handle pressures and must be flexible enough to cope with the demands of the job.
Ability to handle sensitive and classified information and records.
