Overall Job Purpose:
To oversee the daily operations of the warehouse within a plant facility.
To manage inventory, coordinate shipments and deliveries, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and lead a team of warehouse employees to achieve efficient and accurate warehouse operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, and Quality Assurance
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or Computerized Inventory Tracking
Knowledge of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Product Quality and Safety
Leadership and Interpersonal Skills

Data Analysis and Reporting

Oral and Written Communication Skills
Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
At least three (3) years related experience in warehouse management in the same capacity, preferably in a food manufacturing environment
