DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Supervises all activities involved in the process to establish methods to meet production demand and maintain compliance with the international standards the company abides. Another main goal of the supervisor is to device measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Collaborates with product developers to scope, design and execute pilot plant and commercial scale plant trials to support new beverage launches and brand maintenance activities.- Prepares manufacturing instructions and documentation and making sure that documents are in place for audits.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, train, motivate, evaluate and offer constructive criticism to subordinates when necessary.
- Highly organize, can do multi-tasking and with effective time management skills
Must be Graduate of Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry or any Science related course.
- Must have Professional License.
With extensive experience in manufacturing Industry and excellent background on GMP, ISO, FSMS, FSSC standard.- Amendable in shifting schedule and willing to be assigned in Cabuyao City, Laguna.
