We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform. They will play a critical role in ensuring the platform meets the needs of our organization and supports our business processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior administrators and support staff.
Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including system upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, and CMDB.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and reliability.
Stay current with ServiceNow releases and new features, evaluating their potential impact on our organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of [7] years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, with demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration and development.
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
