Our US Partner Client is a rapidly growing technology solutions provider focusing upon Cloud, Cyber Security, Networking, Disaster Recovery and Managed Services.
As a L3 Systems Administrator, you will have the responsibility for remote client support, as well as the potential for infrequent onsite support, including heavy interaction with end-users in diverse computing environments.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Hybrid set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and manage escalated service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed.
- Oversee diverse computing environments for various business clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, networks, and servers.
- Set up user accounts and workstations, ensuring security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
- Analyze and document unfamiliar client/server setups to identify quick solutions.
- Perform workstation/server incidents and resolve high-level issues.
- Provide consulting on applications, best practices, and general IT processes.
- Operate and monitor network security protocols, including firewalls and internet connections.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Systems or Network Administrator
- Strong knowledge of system security, including intrusion detection and data backup/recovery
- Expertise in desktop and server support, network configurations, and hardware troubleshooting
- Proficient in Microsoft Server and Workstation technologies
- Experience with databases, LAN/WAN networks, and patch management
- Ability to follow processes and escalate unclear variables to management
- Familiar with multiple operating systems and platforms
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and task coordination skills
