Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Generate new leads and secure new clients for the catering business.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Understand client needs and preferences to create customized catering proposals and menus.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
  • Oversee the catering sales process from initial inquiry to final event execution (may vary depending on company).
Liaise with internal teams (chefs, event planners) to ensure seamless catering operations.
  • Follow up with clients after events to gather feedback and build lasting relationships.
Participate in marketing initiatives to promote Catering's services.
  • Track sales performance and meet assigned sales targets.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or the like.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in the catering or hospitality industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • A passion for food and the catering industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,
  • 00 - Php28,000.00 per month
