Key Account Management

Strategically developing the largest account within Karcher

  • Management of Assigned Target Group
Support the sales representative effectively in expanding sales/ increasing the (wallet) share in alignment with Krcher Philippines strategy
  • Manage a performance steering system for assigned target group clients and assigned dealers and ensure the achievement of KPIs
Consistently achieve company, team and own objectives.
  • Conduct client product demonstration and presentation
Establish a culture of sales service excellence amongst staff and the network in order to achieve benchmark customer satisfaction results
  • Liaising very closely with Service, Marketing and the Operations departments to optimize results
Ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Product Management and Sales Planning within Target Industry
Select and manage an attractive product portfolio for the assigned target groups and ensure a convincing and aggressive product positioning in the Philippines market environment.
  • Ensure sufficient stock availability of the right products through a systematic sales forecasting in close alignment with the Operations Department.
Keep up to date with all internal and external product news and ensure that all relevant information is passed on to all stakeholders in alignment with the product trainers.
  • People Management
Lead others by building trust, giving direction and recognizing contribution
  • Manage the Sales Solutions Specialist within the assigned target group in target achievement
Provide regular coaching and management on team performance
  • Work hand in hand with Human Resource on team development
Taking into account both personal and team's work pressure and initiating action accordingly
  • Work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives and being tolerant towards different behaviors, attitudes and local specifics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,
  • 00 - Php40,000.00 per month
