As a BA focused on Product Support, you will play a key role in ensuring our implementation teams have the right guidance in their implementation of product features and functions.
This includes providing technical solution review, configuration guidance, new feature rollout, and defect resolution. Also, collaborating with the Product team, Practice BDS, and Practice Governance teams to provide the right level of support to our client teams.
The Role
This role is part of the Product Support team within Benefits Outsourcing's Product & Technology group.
With us you will:
Collaborate with the Health and Pension Practice Governance and BDS teams to understand how to proactively provide the required support to client teams through product or process enhancements, documentation, training, etc. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to implement, maintain and deliver Demo environments used to support current and prospective clients. Collaborate with Product Development teams on the design and development of new product features from project inception to rollout. Provide input on opportunities to improve Product documentation and training that will better enable colleagues to successfully deliver BenefitConnect functionality to our clients. Vet, validate, and manage reported core defects Participate in all new feature early adopter and rollout programs Provide consultative services on technical issues to client project teams The Requirements
Experience in executing Agile and Continuous Delivery best practices Experience working in cross-functional virtual team Understanding of full life cycle development right from the requirements gathering to delivery Experience with testing products on any of the following technology: .NET, SQL, XML, web services Have the ability to set priorities and undertake complex tasks with minimal supervision BS / BA degree or relevant experience Providing implementation configuration guidance to client teams Reviewing and providing input on client specific solutions
