We in Brainbox, are seeking a highly organised Business Support Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the client's organisation. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the client's executives, ensuring efficiency in office operations, data management, and special projects.
2-3 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role (preferably with an AUS Client)
- Bachelor's degree in Office Administration or any relevant degree
Demonstrated experience in office administration, executive assistance, or similar roles- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills- Discreet handling of confidential information
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills
Prepare, edit, and refine documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain electronic records and handle incoming communications.
Oversee office operations, manage mail deliveries, and facilitate procurement activities.- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute materials.
Download reports, maintain confidentiality, and update internal systems.
- Support special projects with research, analysis, and coordination.
Handle executive correspondence and organize travel itineraries.- Create and proofread documents and reports.
