Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer
Direct and supervise all daily operations of plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed
Review, evaluate and recommend production metrics, methods, and procedure
Analyze and evaluate methods of production and point out waste to improve them
Designs, Develops and Implements systems to integrate the various parts of a production process
Manage and ensure achievement of all operation objectives
Design and implement all processes according to required policies and processes.
Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts
Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standard
