  • About the Role

At MESA CPA, the Administrative Assistant is more than just a support position; you will be a key player in driving our firm's success. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment, managing communications and maintaining essential financial records while assisting with payroll processing. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient office operations and delivering exceptional client service, all while contributing to our vibrant culture.   • What You'll Be Doing:

As an Office and Client Success Coordinator at MESA CPA, you will support the Partners and Office Manager by managing communications, maintaining financial records, and assisting with payroll processing. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure smooth daily operations, while your role in maintaining our CRM system and participating in workshops and special projects will contribute to our firm's best practices. In our modern, tech-savvy environment, you'll embrace new tools to enhance productivity and have opportunities for professional growth and advancement as you help shape the future of accounting in a vibrant and inclusive community.

  • Key Responsibilities:
Manage the inboxes and coordinate communications.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate client records.
Support payroll processing by preparing and maintaining payroll documentation and records.
  • File government forms and ensure compliance with regulations.
Conduct research on various topics as requested by the Office Manager or partners.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for the partners, assisting in ad hoc projects as needed.
Organize and hold workshops with the team to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Document processes and create standard operating procedures for office tasks.
Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries and supporting client needs.

  • Qualifications
Experience That Counts: You bring proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the accounting or finance world. If you have some familiarity with payroll processing, that's a bonus!
Tech Savvy: You're comfortable navigating the Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Outlook) and are experienced with accounting software and CRM systems.   • Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $750-$1000/mo
  • Annual Retention Bonus: Earn bonuses for your dedication and hard work.

  • System Requirements
Computer: Laptop or desktop with Windows 10 or MacOS
  • 15 or higher.
  • Memory: Minimum of 8 GB of RAM.
Internet Connectivity: At least 10 Mbps upload and download speeds.
Headset: Noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear communications.

  • Working Hours


Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00am -5:00pm ET.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
