As the Lead for Enterprise Storage Technologies, you will:

  • Supervise, develop, and conduct performance reviews for team members.
  • Provide strategic leadership in technical aspects and align technology execution strategies with architectural roadmaps.
  • Advocate best practices, standard architectural methods, and innovative technical solutions.
  • Prioritize daily tasks to meet project and incident SLA requirements.
  • Offer training, mentorship, and Tier 2/Tier 3 troubleshooting for deployed services.

Additional Details:

This position may require on-call duty as part of a rotation schedule to address critical technical situations promptly.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years managing storage technologies.
  • Proficiency in EMC XtremIO, PowerMax, Isilon, NetApp FAS, SAN, NAS, NFS configurations, EMC Avamar, Data Domain, and Rubrik Data Protection technologies.
  • Familiarity with IBM AIX, HP-UX, Red Hat Linux, and Windows Operating Systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and mentor teams across various platforms and environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptability in dynamic environments, and a dedication to system integrity and stability.
  • Previous experience in project management and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare data privacy practices and laws.
