Job Requirements
What you will be doing:
Design, build and maintain user-facing applications, APIs, and services related to payments
Our tech stack: Node.js, Typescript, React, AWS, Serverless, Docker, Kubernetes
Our ideal candidate:
5+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining production grade applications
Full-stack engineer experienced in modern web frameworks and backend technologies, including React, Node, serverless, and container-based deployments
Solid software development background includes design patterns, data structures, test-driven development, agile methodologies
Demonstrated technical leadership, with experience mentoring others and promoting engineering best practices
Comfortable with ambiguity and a motivated self-learner
Highly analytical, dives deep to diagnose problems and evaluate solutions
Work Experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
Experience of leading and solutioning in the field or in a related area
Solid technical application support experience with global application production sites
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and address application issues
Fundamental understanding of system engineering/architecture concepts
Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a highpressure, on-call environment with shifting priorities
Experience working in a geographically distributed team
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to create organized and informative reports, as well as comprehensive, accurate documentation and comfortable in participating on leadership dialogues
Able to code using at least two of the following - Shell, Python, Perl, Puppet, node.js, react.js
Support experience in broad technologies including Java, Serverless framework etc.
Experience in AWS (Solutions Architect Associate Level Certification is a plus
Amenable to work in a hybrid work setup
Can do flexible morning shift
