- Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management
With good English communications skills both spoken and written- Well experienced in Strategic HR ( Performance Management System, Employee & Labor Relations)
Knowledge in Government-mandated Benefits and Labor Law is a plus
- Very high attention to details
Ability to build and maintain good working relationship with colleagues, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
Assist with evaluating, analyzing, and implementing all Human Resources activities which include, but are not limited to employee engagement and relations, compensation and benefits, talent and performance management- Receive, process and respond to day-to-day employee concerns and coordinate with appropriate departments and persons
Prepare documentary requirements for any employee related transactions
- Ensure maintenance of accurate records concerning all employee data and movements
Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and change in status information
Assist the HR Manager in drafting HR related correspondence such as letters, reports, memos and emails
- Help develop and implement HR department initiatives, policies and procedures
Support projects and activities as well as key deliverables within the HR team- Provide confidential and administrative support to Human Resources disciplinary and grievance issues
Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information
- Participate in performance evaluation process
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential- Ensure compliance of the Department with all policies and legal requirements
