Business Unit & Execution Management.
- Support the business units strategy in delivering brand growth & agency-revenue. This strategy is aligned, and enhances the agency-wide strategy set-forth by the Executive Committee;
- Contribute in delivering the Business Units revenue targets;
- Be able to spot emerging technologies / platforms / behavior / modes of communication that would provide strategic digital solutions that the brand should/must be in and for potential rollout to Agency in creating new product offerings.
Data Analytics and Performance Strategy
- Responsible in mining and interpreting data to create insight and provide recommendations in developing campaign strategies.
- Responsible in generating baseline audits from briefs, paid and external listening reports based on scope.
- Responsible in submitting reports on a timely manner and present them to counterparts and business owners
- Responsible in the creation of digital performance strategies including but not limited to: digital target audience behavior, insights research, consumer journey planning, content strategy, platform strategy and search strategy.
- Responsible in the creation of performance & trend reports including but not limited to: digital consumer behavior analysis, social media analytics, social listening, website analytics). Process includes data gathering, database building, data storytelling, designing (data visualization), and providing analysis / recommendations
- Responsible in ensuring acumen of campaign data analysis and suggest performance based optimizations
- Responsible in end to End tracking of consumer journey, starting from an ad until purchase/lead generation
- Responsible in ensuring consumer sentiment analysis/ Voice of customer using social platforms
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Responsible in attending data optimization and insights meetings, phone interactions, and emails with client partners and internal team division
- Responsible in establishing himself/herself as a trusted advisor to all stakeholders through understanding business challenges and building research & insights based solutions.
