We're taking a comprehensive and holistic approach to education and community to destigmatize conversations around weight and create a safe and inclusive space. Goodself offers a variety of health-related features including Expert-only led talks, support groups, gamified challenges, courses, and a feed with posted health content (pictures, videos, text posts), all designed to create a whole supportive and credible ecosystem around obesity, weight management, and related conditions with the goal of increasing health engagement, compliance, and education to ultimately improve health outcomes. Goodself is available as a free app in both the iOS and Google Play stores, along with a desktop version.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Transform long-form video content into short, engaging social media clips that capture key messages on topics such as obesity, nutrition, diabetes, etc
- Edit videos to ensure they are visually appealing, informative, and aligned with Goodself's brand and audience
- Collaborate with content creators and the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in video editing, particularly for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback
- Interest or background in health topics is a plus
