As part of our strategy to deliver definitive outcomes for our clients leveraging our smart building ecosystem, we are assembling a new strategic business unit.

This individual will be a key member of JLL's smart building ecosystem and will be responsible for the implementation of an integrated smart building technology platform across client sites globally. The scope of this role includes end to end configuration of the technology platform including working with under a program manager and alongside hardware and software engineers and site-based business services engineers to deliver optimal outcomes for our clients.
  • Key responsibilities include:

_Project Delivery Processes & Reporting_
  • Execute exploration of the client's BMS system, producing an asset list, and recording BMS system videos with floor plans, equipment, and points related to the equipment.
Execute tagging with defined equipment relationships, and points.
  • Review local BMS Control logic with the Project Engineering Team to determine integration strategies and optimization improvements.
Setup of the building in WBMS (e.g. creating lightning and HVAC zones, floor plan equipment, enabling systems views with equipment graphics and mapped points.
  • Perform Quality Assurance, review point mapping, data flows and overall system functionality.
Lead a continuous improvement initiative to identify & implement changes that increase equipment reliability, mitigate errors, simplify processes, and increase the overall performance of the building.
  • Review and analyze local BMS System, assess anomalies, and document inefficiencies and potential equipment issues in the Project Completion Report and Findings Report.
Create hardware device templates (HWT) for non-BMS equipment and perform commissioning and troubleshooting.
  • Produce equipment monitoring and control reports for optimization strategies.

_Collaborate with the Engineering/ Product/ Customer Success teams. _

Assist internal hardware & software teams during project implementation (installation, commissioning, configuration, or troubleshooting) to ensure product functionalities.

Cross-collaborate with the Data Science or Product Team Specialists to improve and enable new Product Features.

Work closely with the Customer Success team to improve project implementation, enable product features and ensure a smooth handover of the project to the customer.

_Training _

Assist Project Implementation Team Lead in onboarding and training new team members.
  • Experience
Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or relevant field.
  • 3+ years experience in automation and control technologies and systems examples include Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), SCADA systems Possess a thorough understanding of field sensors (flow, temperature, pressure, and level devices). Experienced in Front End BMS applications like Niagra, Trend, BACnet. LonWorks, etc
Experienced working and integrating multiple building systems; lighting, VMS security, Fire, etc
  • Skills & Knowledge
Applies right level of project management skills to drive outcomes, understanding what role to play within a strong group of established team members and cross-functional activities
  • Understands and can apply Agile methodology using a hybrid approach to project management activities
Prior experience with hardware and software deployments, working both an executor, with a natural ability to troubleshoot and quickly problem solve
  • Tech-savvy; ability to rapidly adopt tech product knowledge and expertise in order to actively identify required product changes and enhancements discovered during deployments; experience driving needed changes with external vendors
Top-notch interpersonal skills with an ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, and across all geographies
  • Experience implementing Best Practice approaches in operationalizing Smart Building, or equivalent strategies, for leading firms
Highly organized and able to regularly communicate and translate data and data-driven outcomes to clients and team that reflect the achievement of project and program goals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45,
  • 00 - Php50,000.00 per month
