Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic and tactical development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies on marketing revenue channels.
Drive excellent execution of in-channel programs, marketing and merchandising strategies that will achieve brand and business objectives.
Maintain relationship with existing and potential marketing channel partners.
Devise strategies and create new customer acquisition programs that would drive channel growth as well as achieve and exceed target ROAS.
Work closely with Marketing Manager to create and implement revenue driven programs aligned with the brand marketing directions and overall business strategies.
Helps and collaborate with the Marketing Manager for the development and implementation of brand marketing programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field (Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Mass Communication).
With experience in developing and handling key accounts and marketing revenue channels.
At least 2 years of work experience in corporate sales, marketing, customer value management and key accounts partnerships preferably in food & beverage industry.
Data driven and can create decks/pitch presentations for internal and external partners.
Strong negotiation and leadership skills and must be willing to do fieldwork from time to time.
With excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well with different groups
