Position Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will manage relationships with clients who utilize our Cloud Hosting, Managed IT and Cybersecurity, and Managed VoIP services, helping them achieve their business goals through effective IT solutions.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 10 PM - 7 AM, Onsite
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and
- inquiries promptly and professionally
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their IT
- needs and providing tailored solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of
- client issues
- Monitor client accounts to ensure they are utilizing services effectively and are satisfied
- with their experience
- Provide clients with regular updates on service enhancements, new offerings, and
- relevant industry trends
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing
- clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or
- a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with
- clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in IT and a desire to learn about Cloud Hosting, Managed IT and
- Cybersecurity, and Managed VoIP services is an advantage
- Basic understanding of IT concepts and technologies is a plus
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
- Monthly salary of 25,000php - 30,000php
- New hire bonus of 5,000php
- Monthly Risk allowance of 2,000php
