The _
Digital Product Management Associate_ will lead a specific product development initiative for the Digital Innovation Team and the rest of our Retail Distribution Division. He will serve as the center of agility when it comes to the goal of COCOLIFE to create customer centric solutions to better serve the Filipino market. He will be assigned to analyze market opportunities and develop strategic products that will enable a better speed to market approach for the retail marketing team. Also, will handle the coordination of the features needed for new development projects like the LMS.
- Duties and Responsibilities: Digital & Sales Strategy
Formulate the long-term tech implementation strategy in coordination with the Head of Digital Innovation and Head of Digital
Lead the tactical approach to establish market research that will be used to develop new and improved retail products designed to answer customer needs.
Become the department expert when it comes to regulatory compliance standards as it applies to the specific tech product of focus.
Creation and publication of all product manuals to be used for training and operational purposes.
Serve as the subject matter expert for all newly created tech tools and products developed.
Create digital insurance products that will allow us to leverage on technology and the current insuretech trends to capture the market and compete with the industry leaders.
Heavy involvement in the creation and publication of all the sales and marketing materials to be used in the identified online and offline channels for distribution.
Significant involvement in the preparation of all online and offline campaigns for all created products for distribution.
Maintain transparency and effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant internal departments and functions are informed of the goals, objectives, for each product specific campaign.
Build and lead the creation, improvement and execution of internal processes that will align the newly developed product to all the concerned departments before it is launched.
Heavy involvement in the go to market approach that is preferably customized for all the different products to be launched into the market.
Provide consultation towards a possible transition from conservative and traditional approaches to a more modern, dynamic and agile approach.
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATION GUIDE -
- ACADEMIC BACKGROUND College degree or undergraduate with experience in tech / data mining or computer related courses
- WORK EXPERIENCE At least 1 year experience as a Data analyst or similar role -
- COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS* Knowledge in MS Office Tools and Google Sheets Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field. Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks. Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations. Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms. High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases. Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases. Understanding of addressing and metadata standards. High-level written and verbal communication skills
