Execute full utilization of delivery trucks dated and post-dated checks Prepare and submits required reports on-time Delivery Returns Cashiering Functions Update PDC check warehousing in NS Receives and documents all delivery returns on time Fulfill sales order bill and invoice for printing Give update to sales on delivery status & prepares truckload ticket Sales Invoicing Accuracy Coordination with 3PL trucker and cold storage & Prepares OMI Prepare SOA or counter receipt if needed Review the daily inventory and reconcile the differences against 3PL Cold storage Receives and deposits cash sales proceeds Checks all orders if completely loaded as planned Evaluates daily truck requirement base on sales volume and prepares route plan Facilitates transfer request and receiving of stocks Zero Customer Complaint Ensures appropriate use of petty cash funds Conduct Post transaction review Inventory Monitoring Ensures availability of funds for operational use Dispatching Received Walk-in Customers orders Evaluates delivery truck load and cost
