Administers the CL project implementations within CEVA's Zero Defect Start-up (ZDS) framework.
Accountable for the execution of the implementation checklist and standard project implementation according to CEVA's ZDS framework for all new CEVA PH businesses.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
- Performs ZDS implementations and adheres to the ZDS Global Policy, i.e. ZDS Implementation checklist should be done to all new accounts in the pipeline with less than EUR 500K GR and ZDS standard project implementation for new accounts above EUR 500K GR.
- Partners with the business units/functions, operations, sales and management to develop an implementation project plan and assist in the identification and establishment of the project team.
- Performs as project manager for standard projects responsible for managing ZDS process and activity of Project Work Stream Leaders. Accountable to the Project Sponsor for delivering the project on time, on budget and to client satisfaction.
- Responsible for updating of ZDS dashboard.
- Ensures compliance with all related company policies, ISO guidelines and other regulatory requirements associated with the project.
- Assists in the development of SOP and trains the implementation team and staff on requirements.
- Monitors performance metrics and measurements related to individuals, teams, processes and projects.
- Utilizes effective communication or negotiation skills, employing diplomacy and sensitivity to resolve critical or escalated issues affecting the customer, staff or senior management. Track and manage risks of the project.
- Identifies lessons learned before project closure and implement them if applicable to future projects.
- Conducts post-mortem assessment of project performance/success (both operational and financial) and ensure customer survey is conducted for standard project implementation.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Graduate of any 4 year Business Course
- With at least 3 years work experience in Freight Forwarding/ Logistics industry
- Has formal training on project management an advantage
- Can communicate in English both verbally and in writing
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with internal and external customers
