YouTube Media Buyer/Ads Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated YouTube Media Buyer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of YouTube advertising, a proven track record of managing successful campaigns, and a passion for driving results. As a YouTube Media Buyer, you will plan, execute, and optimize YouTube ad campaigns to meet client objectives and deliver maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective YouTube ad strategies to achieve client goals.

Manage end-to-end YouTube advertising campaigns, including setup, targeting, budgeting, bidding, and optimization.

Conduct thorough audience research and analysis to identify target demographics and create highly targeted campaigns.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to make informed optimizations.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.

Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting key metrics and campaign success.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge and effective.

Work closely with the account management team to ensure client satisfaction and address any campaign-related issues.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a YouTube Media Buyer or similar role in digital marketing.

In-depth knowledge of YouTube advertising, including campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and optimization.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Proficiency in using YouTube Ads Manager and other relevant tools.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.

A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail.

Experience with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta) is a plus.
