YL CENTER CHIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:_
A. Daily Duties and Responsibilities_
Center Checking
- Field Activities: Propagation, Recruitment, YL delivery accompaniment with the SPU and/or back-checking the previous activity result of the SPU and regular checking of YL consumers list and customers tagging through delivery accompaniment.
Area survey for the preparation of YL AREA SEGMENTATION or YL AREA SATURATION.- YL home visitation and checking of YL status and cooling facilities and YL materials through YL driver accompaniment and also observed YL driver delivery manner including speed, vehicular report, issuance of delivery receipt (DR).
Help collect YL balance if there's any
- Training and Orientation of new staff (SPUS, Driver, Secretary)
Training and Orientation of new YL
Center Activities:- YL motivation to the YL who remitted in the office daily and little product knowledge review.
PM interaction with the SPU and discuss the result of activities and concerns. Role-playing and
- some discussion regarding the YL system and YL matters.
Checking of sales records/reports, preparation of center chief reports, and inventory checking.- Prepare and submit daily reports needed by the company and supervisor
Training and Orientation of new staff (SPUS, Driver, Secretary)
- Training and Orientation of new YL

B. Weekly Duties and Responsibilities:_
- Prepare and submit weekly reports.
Conduct center staff meetings.- Checking of YL updated consumers list.
Checking of YL tagging.
- Checking of YL accountabilities.
Conduct YL Meeting (optional).- Prepare the schedule of activities for the SPU and center secretary.
Check reports of staff (Driver, SPUS, and Secretary)
- Come up with an effective idea that can further enhance the performance of his/her center

C. Monthly Duties and Responsibilities:_
- Prepare monthly reports and analysis
Prepare monthly Top YLs of the center.- Prepare YL materials inventory.
Update the YL area sales graph and market analysis.
- Prepare monthly schedule and activities.
Attend monthly sales meetings (YL/Staff).- Check YL monthly discounts/rebates, etc.
Check reports of staff (Driver, SPUS, and Secretary)

D. Annual Duties and Responsibilities:_
- Participate in the company's organized General Propagation/Recruitment Activities.
Prepare annual sales report and analysis.- Help prepare the proposed annual action plan for the next year.
Etc. (Prepare annual action plan or program of activities.)
