POSITION: General Manager / Senior Manager (Operations) YES GM (Ops)
Professional experience Candidate should have -
- experience of managing commercial operations. Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies.
- in managing contracts, Vendor Management, and Inventory Management.
- of interacting with personnel at both leadership and operational levels.
- in mapping and managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining clear stakeholder communication.
- in the yachting industry is not a must but will be preferred. In absence of yachting experience, experience in shipping (especially in managing bunkering operations) will also be highly relevant.
